Seit über 20 Jahren bekleidet Suzie Rurode globale Führungspositionen in Unternehmen wie The Nielsen Company und First Advantage. Sie sammelte außerdem umfassende Erfahrungen im Bereich Informationsdienstleistungen als Beraterin für internationale Unternehmen.
Suzie Rurode hat einen Marketingabschluss der Universität Miami und ist ehrenamtliches Mitglied von Gotara, ein Karrierenetzwerk für Frauen.

Für die Position des CFO bringt Mark Mayo reichhaltige Erfahrungen aus den Bereichen Finanzen, Compliance und Recht mit. Seit 8 Jahren leitet er die strategischen und finanziellen Planungen bei DISA.
Mark Mayo war und ist federführend bei den zahlreichen Firmenfusionen und Neuerwerbungen von DISA in den letzten Jahren. Sein berufliches Handwerk lernte er bei General Electric, TayganPoint Consulting Group, Connect America, und HireRight, Inc.
An der renommierten Queens University im kanadischen Kingston erlangte Mark Mayo seinen Bachelor of Commerce International Business.

Karin Giangrande

Managing Director

Karin Giangrande is your direct contact to SIGNUM Consulting, if you are interested in consultation, workshops, or the implementation of pre-employment screening and business partner screenings in your company. As a graduate in business administration and a journalist Karin focusses on customers and continually strives to optimize processes. Her expertise is combined with 16 years experience in the fields of communication and HR, which she gathered at an international DAX corporation. This drives Mrs. Giangrande to deliver pragmatic approaches with her concepts and workshops to make your PES and compliance management system a success.

Ariane Maul has many years of experience in data management, research and verification of business data. As Supervisor Risk & Compliance Management, she is responsible for coordinating and processing all new inquiries and provides consulting support to our customers for special inquiries and projects.

Operations Manager

After studying German, Romance languages and literature, and communication sciences, she now heads the Pre-Employment Screening business unit as Operations Manager after many years of professional experience. She ensures the high quality of customer reports, oversees complaints management and is responsible for providing the best service at a high level.

Martin Mehner

After a long stay abroad, Martin looks now after sales and marketing at Signum. He gained the necessary experience as a managing director in a computer and a tea-trading company. It’s no wonder he brings in a new tea every so often and is in charge of the tea brewing in the office.

Suzie’s extensive background includes global consulting for information services companies and executive roles at First Advantage and The Nielsen Company. Her 20+ years of experience span across global client management and business strategy, with a strong foundation in marketing from Miami University.
Suzie is also an active member of Chief, a network for female executives, and an Advisor with Gotara. Her leadership and global expertise make her a visionary executive in international business and client management.

Mark Mayo is the Chief Financial Officer at DISA Global Solutions, bringing a wealth of experience in financial, compliance, and legal expertise. With nearly eight years at DISA, he has been pivotal in financial forecasting, strategic planning, and guiding mergers & acquisitions.
Mark’s background includes significant roles at GE, TayganPoint Consulting Group, Connect America, and HireRight, Inc., where he developed his skills in process improvement and strategic planning. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from Queen’s University.
