Business Developer / Account Manager (m/w/d)

To expand our B2B business in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Developer / Account Manager. In this role you are responsible for the acquisition and development of new clients in HR and Compliance (70%), implementing our state-of-the-art software solution (10%) and managing the relationship we have with our current clients (20%). In this role, you are part of our international sales team with colleagues in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Stockholm (12 team members).

What will you do?

In this dynamic role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape customer success and contribute to our expansion goals. We’re looking for a results-driven professional who is excited to make a real impact, brings a high level of self-control and the ability to work with KPIs.

What are you bringing?

  • Bachelor’s degree/ Sales Education
  • Experienced salesperson with at least 5 years’ direct-selling experience in an international environment, preferably concerning technical (software) or B2B products and services, ideally in the HR / Compliance domain
  • You are driven in cold acquisition
  • Proven track record in planning and management of sales and strategies for large accounts
  • Strong account management-, negotiation- and customer relationship skills 
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of the German and English languages, both verbally and in writing

Online Marketing Specialist

What will you do?

To expand our B2B business in Germany, we are looking for an enthusiastic online Marketing Specialist. This role is all about SEO, content marketing and lead generation. We’re looking for a specialist to help us grow our online presence and drive high-quality traffic to our website. The marketing team is international; you are based in Berlin but work closely with the marketing team in Amsterdam, which consists of six members.

80% of your time you will focus on SEO strategy, content creation (such as whitepapers), and generating leads through SEO/SEA. The remaining 20% will be dedicated to managing campaigns on different marketing channels and supporting event. In this role, you are part of our international sales team with colleagues in Berlin, Amsterdam, and Stockholm (12 team members).

What are you bringing?

  •  Minimum is a university degree in Marketing, Communications, Brand Management, Business Administration or related fields.
  •  2+ years of relevant experience in online marketing
  •  Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  •  Proactive mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  •  Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of target group needs.
  •  Creative thinker with an affinity for social media and modern marketing trends.
  •  Team player who collaborates effectively across departments and with external partners.
  •  Fluent German and English required.
  •  Bonus points for familiarity with digital marketing- and analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
